Risers in the Kitchen: Brrr... It's Cold in Here!

            Welcome back, Risers! Each Thursday, we are here to bring you healthy recipes from our Rise Fit Fam! We’re super excited for our very first recipe, mainly because it’s slowly but steadily getting colder and colder outside. You know what that means, right?! Comfort food!

            Today we have a chili recipe from Candace Day (@caday90). Super simple and very delicious!




The ingredients are as follows:

·      Ground beef or turkey
·      Onion
·      Diced tomatoes
·      Chili spices (your choice)
·      Tomato sauce
·      Kidney beans
·      Garlic

Candace tops hers with sour cream and cilantro!
