November Playlist + Holiday Blitz Challenge

            Hey, Risers! Just a quick update! We’ll have a DIY face mask as well as a new recipe tomorrow! But before that, we just wanted to update you with a couple events coming up as well as the new November playlist!

            The playlist is on the sidebar like the October one was. October’s playlist was super upbeat and kind of scary because, obviously, Halloween. November’s slows it down and focuses on the self. The holidays are coming up and it can be super stressful for anyone. So, this playlist is meant to motivate as well as silence the voice in your head that keeps saying, “You’re not worthy!” Plus, a couple of Christmas songs to get the holiday spirit ringing! YAS.



            Next, we have the Holiday Blitz Challenge! If you noticed the picture up above, Rise Fitness is super excited to offer a completely virtual program to help kill those holiday cravings. Summer bodies are made during the fall, winter, and spring.

            Lastly, we have a fundraiser on November 20th called Buffed and Stuffed. Basically, it’s a pre-thanksgiving boot camp to burn before all the grubbing! It’s only $5 and all the proceeds and donations go toward building bunk beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

            This will take place at Rise Fitness on November 20th and you’ll get to meet the Rise team! It’ll be so much fun.
